Native Crops is committed to delivering your orders with safe packaging and within the promised time frame. We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Services

To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and at the earliest, we ship only through reputed courier agencies. If courier services are not available at your location, we may ship your order through Government Registered Parcel.

Shipping Charges

·  All product prices on our website are inclusive of GST.

·  Shipping & delivery charges are extra and depend on the weight and volume of your consignment.

·  Native Crops may, at its discretion, reduce or waive shipping charges for certain order values during promotions or offers.

Minimum Order Value

A minimum order value may be applicable, which will be displayed on the cart/checkout page. This ensures better packaging, reduced transportation costs, and optimized shipping for our customers.

Delivery Timeframe

·  Orders received before 10 AM are usually dispatched on the same day or as per the delivery date requested at checkout.

·  Most orders are delivered within 7–8 working days from dispatch.

·  Deliveries will be made to the address provided at the time of placing the order.

Damaged Deliveries

If you receive a product in damaged condition, or if the package appears tampered with before delivery, please:

1.  Refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person.

2.  Immediately contact our customer care at +91 82202 61497 or email orders@nativecrops.in with your Order ID.

Please ensure that the original product tag and packaging are intact when returning the product.
